摘要
目的探讨折叠式人工玻璃体球囊植入术的护理措施,降低术后并发症的发生风险,提高手术成功率。方法将2018年1—6月在山东省眼科医院眼底病科眼外伤患者35例,继发性青光眼患者25例,共60例(60眼)患者作为研究对象,根据患者的就诊时间将患者分为研究组和对照组,两组患者均进行眼内折叠式人工玻璃体球囊植入手术,对照组患者给予常规护理,研究组患者则在对照组的基础上给予有效的围手术期护理,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组患者复发率、再次手术率、患者满意度等优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在临床眼内折叠式人工玻璃体球囊治疗中,给予患者有效的围手术期护理能够有效地提高患者的临床疗效,改善患者的预后。
Objective To explore the nursing measures of intraocular foldable artificial vitreous balloon implantation, reduce the risk of postoperative complications and improve the success rate of surgery. Methods From January to June 2018, 35 patients with ocular trauma and 25 patients with secondary glaucoma in ophthalmology department of Shandong Ophthalmological Hospital were selected as the subjects. Patients were divided into observation group and control group according to their visiting time. Both patients underwent intraocular foldable artificial vitreous balloon implantation. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing, while patients in the observation group were given effective perioperative nursing on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The recurrence rate, reoperation rate and patient satisfaction of the study group were better than those of the control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion In clinical intraocular foldable artificial vitreous balloon therapy, effective perioperative nursing can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and prognosis of patients.
