摘要
目的探讨腰椎旁神经阻滞配合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法选取2017年3月～2018年3月我院康复科收治的44例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,根据患者就诊顺序将其随机分为参照组和治疗组,每组各22例。参照组患者给以腰椎旁神经阻滞治疗,治疗组在其基础上采取腰椎旁神经阻滞配合牵引治疗,比较两组的临床疗效以及治疗前后患侧的视觉模拟(VAS)评分以及下腰痛量表(JOA)评分的变化情况。结果治疗前,两组患者的VAS评分以及JOA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组的VAS评分明显低于参照组,而JOA评分则高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者的治疗总有效率为90.9%,明显高于参照组的72.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用腰椎旁神经阻滞配合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症,能够有效缓解患者症状,提高临床疗效,是一种有效的非手术治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of paraspinal nerve block combined with traction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 44 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in our department from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into reference group and treatment group according to their order of treatment,with 22 cases in each group.The patients in the reference group were treated with paraspinal nerve block.The treatment group was treated with paraspinal nerve block combined with traction on the basis of the reference group.The clinical efficacy and the changes of analogue visual scale(VAS)score and low back pain scale(JOA)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS score and JOA score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the reference group,while the JOA score in the treatment group was higher than that in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the treatment group,the total effective rate of treatment was 90.9%,which was significantly higher than that in the reference group(72.7%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of lumbar disc herniation by paraspinal nerve block combined with traction can effectively relieve the symptoms of the patients and improve the clinical efficacy.It is an effective non-operative treatment method.
