摘要
胃癌发病率、死亡率均较高,人们对其病因及发病机制的认识还很肤浅,早期诊断率还很低,临床疗效还不尽人意,从对胃癌本身的认识到预防、诊断及治疗都存在许多有待解决的问题,因此,有必要从基础研究到临床研究,以多学科合作,多学科交叉融合,从"循因医学"到"循证医学",从"系统生物学"、"转化医学"到"精准医学"等不同层次、多个方面展开深入细致的研究,以期加深对胃癌的认识,提高胃癌的总体疗效。
The morbidity and mortality of gastric cancer are very high.The etiology and pathogenesis of gastric cancer are still unknown.The early diagnostic rate of gastric cancer is still very low.The clinical efficacy for gastric cancer is still unsatisfactory.There are many issues should be resolved,such as,the mechanisms of gastric cancer development and progress,how to improve the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer.Therefore,it is very important to reinforce clinical and basic researches based on MDT and multidisciplinary interdisciplinary integration,from“mechanism-based medicine”to“evidence-based medicine”,from“systems biology”,“translational medicine”to“precision medicine”,the investigation at different levels and multiple aspects should be deepened to understand the mechanisms and improve the overall outcome of gastric cancer.
