摘要
随着技术、渠道、功能和服务的全面发展,传统媒体进入新媒体时代,为图书馆阅读推广服务效能的提高带来了多种可能,使图书馆实现自身的全方位发展。本文全面解读了新媒体时代对于图书馆阅读推广服务的影响,分析了图书馆阅读推广服务发展的难点在于推广范围、方式和技术层面的不足,图书馆阅读推广服务效能的影响要素在于服务人群、定位和能力3个方面。最后提出图书馆阅读推广服务需要在管理、流程、功能和技术4个方面对接新媒体,以实现服务效能的综合提高。
With the comprehensive development of technology,channels,functions and services,traditional media has entered the new media era,which has brought many possibilities for the improvement of library reading and promotion services,enabling libraries to realize its all-round development.This article comprehensively interpreted the impact of the new media era on library reading promotion services,analyzed the difficulty in the development of library reading promotion services in terms of promotion scope,methods and technical deficiencies,and the impact of library reading promotion service efficiency from three aspects of service population,positioning and ability,and finally proposed that library reading promotion services need to connect new media in management,process,function and technology to achieve comprehensive improvement of service efficiency.
