NK/T细胞淋巴瘤合并噬血综合征1例临床分析 被引量：3

摘要 NK/T细胞淋巴瘤是一种高度侵袭性的血液系统恶性肿瘤,与EB(Epstein-Barr virus)病毒感染密切相关。噬血细胞综合征(hemophagocytie syndrome,HPS)又称噬血细胞性淋巴组织细胞增生症(hemophagocytie lymphohistiocytosis,HLH),是一种相对罕见、危及生命的免疫系统疾病。由T淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞过度激活,同时巨噬细胞吞噬各种血细胞,活化的T细胞分泌过量的的炎症细胞因子,导致细胞因子风暴,攻击自身正常组织和细胞,从而引起多器官损伤和严重的全身炎症的一种临床综合征[1]。HLH临床表现复杂,表现为快速进展及高死亡率[2]。本文报道1例NK/T细胞淋巴瘤合并噬血细胞综合征患者,并结合相关文献对该病的发病机制、预后因素及治疗进展进行讨论。
