Energy Saving Practice for Air Conditioner of Textile Mill

摘要 总结纺织厂空调节能降耗的一些实践经验。从纺织空调设备周期检修、空调电气设备周期维护、空调调节方法、环境因素考虑、创新技术和设备改造等方面采取了一系列措施,取得了较好节能效果,吨纱折14.5tex空调设备耗能占比由9%降低到8%,实现吨纱空调用电243kW·h。 Some practice experiences of energy saving for the air conditioner of textile mills were summarized.A series of measures were taken in the aspects like periodic maintenance of air conditioner in textile mill,periodic maintenance of the electrical equipment for air conditioner,adjustment method of air conditioner,consideration of environmental factor,innovation technology,equipment transformation and so on.Great energy saving effect was obtained.The percentage of energy consumption for air conditioner per ton 14.5 tex yarn was decreased from 9% to 8%.The electricity consumption of air conditioner per ton yarn was reached to 243 kW·h.
