摘要
目的:分析精神病药对慢性精神分裂症患者脂代谢与体质量的影响。方法:随机抽取本院自2016年12月-2018年1月收治的62例慢性精神分裂症患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组、治疗组,每组各31例。对照组患者使用奥氮平治疗,治疗组患者使用齐拉西酮治疗,对比分析两组精神分裂症评分及抑郁评分、肥胖相关指标、血脂水平、治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,治疗组精神分裂症评分及抑郁评分、肥胖相关指标、不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),血脂水平均优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在精神分裂症患者临床治疗中,齐拉西酮和奥氮平均有一定的治疗效果,但前者治疗效果较后者更显著,且对改善患者临床症状具有重要作用,同时前者不良反应较少,安全性较高,临床应用价值较高,值得推广。
Objective:To analyze the effects of psychotic drugs on lipid metabolism and body weight in patients with chronic schizophrenia.Method:62 patients with chronic schizophrenia treated in our hospital from December 2016 to January 2018 were randomly selected and divided into control group and treatment group,31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Olanzapine,the treatment group was given Ziprasidone.The schizophrenia scores,depression scores,obesity related indexes,blood lipid level,total effective rate of treatment and incidence of adverse reactions of two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:The scores of schizophrenia,the scores of depression,the correlation of obesity and the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),the blood lipid level in the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of schizophrenic patients,Ziprasidone and Ortine have a certain therapeutic effect,but the former is more significant than the latter,and it has an important role in improving the clinical symptoms of the patients.At the same time,the former has less adverse reaction,high safety and high clinical value.It is worth popularizing.
