摘要
医疗设备是医护人员进行医疗诊断的重要工具,其运行状态直接关系到使用准确性,安全性等问题。本文以多参数监护仪为例,利用PDCA循环改进多参数监护仪质量控制过程达到改进设备质量管理流程的目的。通过多参数监护仪的定期质控,合理运行机制,加强培训等多种手段,将多参数监护仪的质控合格率从89%提高到97%。PDCA循环在医疗设备质量管理中具有重要的应用价值。
Medical equipment is an important tool for medical diagnosis of medical staff,its operation status is directly related to the accuracy of use,safety and other issues.As the case of multi-parameter monitor,the PDCA cycle was used to improve its quality control process and quality management process in the present research.Through regular quality control of multi parameter monitor,reasonable exit mechanism,strengthen training and other means,the quality control of multi parameter monitor qualified rate increased from 89%to 97%.PDCA cycle has important application value in quality management of medical equipment.
