摘要
在深入分析数据修约规则的基础上,采用Excel 2010中的IF、EVEN、INT、ROUND和FIXED函数,提出了一种数据修约函数组合嵌套模式,并根据各个指标的具体修约要求,结合省内实际监测数据,给出了具体的修约函数公式。结果表明,所设计的修约函数公式,均能实现预期的目的;设计过程中的难点在于一些重金属指标。以灵敏度最高的分析方法的检出限设置修约小数位数,不仅可以实现数据修约的简便化、快捷化,还可以促进各监测机构数据分析能力的提升。
Based on the in-depth analysis of the rules of numerical values rounding,this article proposed a new combination mode for numerical values rounding by using the functions of IF,EVEN,INT,ROUND and FIXED offered in Excel 2010.Detailed rounding formulas were provided based on the requirements of each indicator and the available data in Jiangsu Province.The results indicated that all designed rounding formulas could fulfill the expected goals while difficulty remained in the design of heavy metals index.Setting the rounding decimal digits depending on the detection threshold using the highest sensitivity can not only simply and efficiently round off the numerical values but can also promote the data analysis ability for monitoring agencies.
