饲粮类型对育肥湖羊生长性能、屠宰性能和肉品质的影响 被引量:29

Effects of Different Diet Types on Growth Performance,Slaughter Performance and Meat Quality of Fattening Hu Sheep

摘要 在饲粮能量及粗蛋白质水平基本相同的条件下,本试验研究了饲粮类型对育肥湖羊生长性能、屠宰性能、血清生化指标和肉品质的影响。试验选用90只体重相近[(24. 67±2.53) kg]的90日龄健康公湖羊,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复10只羊。3组分别饲喂传统精粗饲粮(对照组,CK组)、全混合日粮(TMR组)、粗料+精料颗粒料(CP组)。试验期120 d。结果表明:1)从育肥全期来看,与CK组相比,CP组和TM R组平均日增重分别显著提高了19.81%和16.09%(P<0.05),TMR组和CP组之间差异不显著(P>0.05); CP组和TMR组料重比较CK组分别显著降低了8.46%和13.39%(P<0.05)。2) TMR组屠宰率较CK组和CP组分别显著提高了5.78%和6.08%(P<0.05),CP组与CK组差异不显著(P>0.05);各组间胴体重和眼肌面积无显著差异(P>0.05)。3) CP组血清中总蛋白的含量显著高于TMR组和CK组(P<0.05),TMR组显著高于CK组(P<0.05); TMR组和CP组血清尿素氮含量显著低于CK组(P<0.05);各组间血清中白蛋白、总胆固醇和甘油三酯的含量均无显著差异(P>0.05)。4)与CK组相比,TM R组肌肉的失水率和剪切力显著降低(P<0.05),但与CP组相比变化不显著(P>0.05); 3种饲粮类型对肌肉的肉色、pH和熟肉率均无显著影响(P> 0.05)。结果提示,与传统精粗饲粮相比,TMR和精料颗粒料均可显著提高育肥湖羊的平均日增重,降低料重比,改善肉品质,且TMR组的效果优于CP组。 Under diets with the same energy and crude protein level conditions,this experiment was aimed to investigate the effects of different diet types on growth performance,slaughter performance,serum biochemical indices and meat quality of fattening Hu sheep.Ninety 90-days-old healthy male sheep with similar weight of(24.67±2.53)kg were randomly divided into 3 groups with 3 replicates per group and 10 sheep per replicate.The three groups were fed traditional concentrate and coarse diets(control group,CK group),total mixed ration(TMR group)and coarse material+concentrate pellets(CP group),respectively.The experimental lasted for 120 days.The results showed as follows:1)in the whole fattening period,compared with the CK group,the average daily gain(ADG)in CP group and TMR group was significantly increased by 19.81%and 16.09%(P<0.05),respectively,and there was no significant difference between TMR group and CP group(P >0.05).Compared with CK group,the ratio of feed to gain in CP group and TMR group was significantly reduced by 8.46%and 13.39%(P<0.05),respectively.2)The slaughter rate in TMR group was significantly increased by 5.78%and 6.08%(P<0.05)compared with CK group and CP group,respectively.There was no significant difference between CP group and CK group(P >0.05).There was no significant difference in body weight and eye muscle area among groups(P >0.05).3)The serum total protein content in CP group was significantly higher than that in TMR group and CK group(P<0.05),and that in TMR group was significantly higher than that in CK group(P<0.05).The content of serum urea nitrogen content in TMR group and CP group was significantly lower than that in CK group(P<0.05).Serum albumin,total cholesterol and triglyceride contents were not significantly different among groups(P >0.05).4)Compared with CK group,the water loss rate and shear force in TMR group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),but there was no significant change compared with CP group(P >0.05).The three dietary types had no significant effect on meat color,pH and cooked meat rate of muscle(P >0.05).The results suggest that compared with the traditional coarse diet,TMR and CP diets can significantly increase the daily gain of fattening Hu sheep,reduce the ratio of feed to gain and improve meat quality,and the effect of TMR group is better than that of CP group.
