摘要
随着汽车产业的智能化、网联化发展,汽车智能技术领域的教育教学改革也将成为必然的发展趋势。汽车智能技术作为跨学科专业,对教师能力有着更高要求。文章根据该学科的发展现状,分析了在智能化、网联化背景下汽车产业学科对教师的新要求,以及高校教师队伍建设中在存在的问题,提出基于汽车智能技术专业教师队伍建设的对策和建议。
With the development of the automotive industry's intelligence and network integration,education and teaching reform in the automotive intelligent technology field will also become an inevitable development trend.As an interdiscip-linary major,automotive intelligent technology has higher requirements for teachers'ability.According to the development status of the subject,this paper analyzes the new requirements of teachers in the automotive industry under the background of intelligence and network,and the problems existing in the construction of college teachers,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions based on the construction of professional teachers of automobile intelligent technology.
