摘要
课程知识体系的构建始终是课程建设与教学改革的根本。参考国内外相关教材和论著构建的细胞工程课程知识体系,运用PBL模式对细胞工程课程知识体系进行解构,以理顺细胞工程"理论基础""技术基础"与"工程技术"之间的关系,突出该课程的"技术基础"重点,化解该课程的"工程技术"难点,顾及该课程的"理论基础"热点,以利更好地把握细胞工程课程教学的主要目标与任务,提升教学水平。
The construction of curriculum knowledge system is the base of course construction and teaching reform.Based on the knowledge system of Cell Engineering constructed by relevant textbooks and works at home and abroad,The article deconstructed the knowledge system by applying PBL model to clarify the relationship among“theoretical basis,”technical basis”and“engineering technology”of Cell Engineering,to emphasize the key points in“technical basis”,resolve the difficult points in“technical basis”and refer to the hot points in“theoretical basis”.It is helpful to better grasp the main goals and tasks of Cell Engineering and to improve the level of teaching and learning.
