摘要
研究了采用3种不同胶结材料的粉煤灰加气混凝土砌块砌体的基本力学性能,通过对3种不同胶结材料的粉煤灰加气混凝土砌块砌体的27个(抗压9个、抗剪18个)试件进行静力加载试验,观察了试件裂缝的发展、试件的破坏形式,了解了采用3种不同胶结材料的粉煤灰加气混凝土砌块砌体的破坏模式、抗压强度、抗剪强度及弹性模量等力学性能。试验结果表明,瓷砖胶比其他两种胶结材料更适合用于粉煤灰加气混凝土砌块砌体,本文建议的理论公式的计算值与试验结果较为接近,对于后续相关研究以及工程应用具有一定的参考意义。
Study on the basic mechanical properties of three kinds of cement fly ash aerated concrete block masonry,through three different kinds of cement fly ash aerated concrete block 27(9 compressive and shear 18)static load test,observation test development,crack damage in the form of a test piece the understanding of the use of three different failure modes,cement fly ash aerated concrete block masonry compressive strength,shear strength and elastic modulus and other mechanical properties.The experimental results show that the ceramic tile adhesive is more suitable for the fly ash aerated concrete block masonry than the other two kinds of cementing materials.The calculated value of the proposed formula is close to the experimental result,which has a certain reference value for engineering application.
