摘要
为了合理地设计环境应力筛选随机振动剖面,采用有限元方法分析了随机振动中振动量级、振动方向和随机振动频率范围对63Sn37Pb焊点应力分布和功率谱密度响应的影响。并基于Miner线性累积损伤理论和Dirlik模型,分析了不同随机振动剖面与焊点疲劳寿命之间的关系,为建立优化的环境应力筛选随机振动剖面提供了有价值的参考。
In order to design the environmental stress screening random vibration profile properly,the finite element method is used to analyze the effect of random vibration level,direction and frequency range on the stress distribution and power spectral density response of63Sn37 Pb solder joint.Based on the Miner linear cumulative damage law and Dirlik model,the relationship between different random vibration profiles and fatigue life of solder joint is analyzed,and valuable references are provided for establishing the optimized environmental stress screening random vibration profile.
