摘要
碳金融交易已成为促进温室气体减排和低碳转型的重要经济手段,碳交易的政策属性决定了碳金融市场与传统金融市场存在明显的区别,碳金融风险的风险源及其影响也与传统金融风险存在一定的差异。碳金融风险主要可分为内生风险和外生风险,部分风险要素可以通过买卖双方正常的市场交易化解,同时还会给碳金融市场创造新的流动性和盈利点,而超过合理范围的碳价波动及其引致的系列碳金融风险,不仅给碳金融市场的正常运转造成了障碍,同时也对地区经济稳定造成了一定的负面影响。本文将在概述碳金融市场的构成要素基础上,简要分析碳金融市场的发展路径以及碳金融市场和传统金融市场的联系与区别,概述主要碳金融风险的特点并结合国内外案例对其成因和影响进行深入的分析,并提出进行风险管理的建议。
Carbon financial trading has become an important economic tool to promote greenhouse gas emission reduction and low carbon transformation. The policy attributes of carbon trading determine the obvious difference be. tween carbon financial market and traditional financial market. The risk source of carbon financial risk and its im. pact are also different from traditional financial risks. Carbon financial risks can be mainly divided into endogenous risks and exogenous risks, some risk factors can be resolved through normal market transactions between buyers and sellers, and they will create new liquidity and profit points for carbon financial markets at the same time.
