摘要
电子商务平台在B2C模式下呈现出与日俱增的商品销量,而水产品也是其中极为突出的商品类型。目前,在水产品冷链物流质量监管中,南昌尚有不足之处,无法实时对接水产品流通信息,造成后期质量监管不力,严重影响了水产品的安全质量。因此,需进一步探讨B2C模式下南昌水产品冷链物流质量监管体系的构建,旨在完善质量监管体系提供理论参考。
In the view of the B2C model, the e-commerce platform has shown the increasing sales of goods among which aquatic products are the most prominent type. At present, there are still shortcomings in the cold chain logistics quality supervision for aquatic products in Nanchang, which leads to the unmatched circulation information of aquatic products in real time, the poor quality supervision at the later stage, and thus seriously affecting the safety and quality of aquatic products. Therefore, it is necessary to further explore the construction of the cold chain logistics quality supervision system for aquatic products in Nanchang under the B2C model, aiming to provide the theoretical reference for improving the quality supervision system.
