摘要
目的该文初步探究附着龈重建在口腔种植修复中的应用效果。方法方便选取2017年1月—2018年3月在该院进行口腔种植修复的114例患者,将其随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用传统种植术和自体游离硬腭结缔组织移植进行治疗,治疗组采用附着龈重建术进行治疗,比对两组患者在探诊出血指数、牙龈美观度和患者主观感受等方面的差异。结果对照组在术后90 d附着龈增加宽度,19例在0～1 mm,22例在1～2 mm,16例在2～3 mm;治疗组在术后90 d附着龈增加宽度,2例在0～1 mm,24例在1～2 mm,31例在2～3 mm (χ2=26.75,P<0.05)。对照组术后180 d附着龈增加宽度,22例在在0～1 mm,26例在1～2 mm,9例在2～3 mm;治疗组术后180 d附着龈增加宽度,4例在0～1 mm,28例在1～2 mm,25例在2～3 mm(χ2=31.58,P<0.05)。对照组牙龈美观度术后90 d,Ⅰ级13例,Ⅱ级28例,Ⅲ级16例;治疗组牙龈美观度术后90 d,Ⅰ级5例,Ⅱ级30例,Ⅲ级22例(χ2=48.32,P<0.05)。对照组术后180 dⅠ级11例,Ⅱ级29例,Ⅲ级17例;治疗组术后180 dⅡ级32例,Ⅲ级25例(χ2=38.46,P<0.05)。结论附着龈重建术具有较好的附着龈宽度增加和牙龈美观度,值得在临床中推广。
Objective To explore the effect of attached gingival reconstruction in oral implantation.Methods Convenient select from January 2017 to March 2018 in the hospital for oral implant prosthesis of 114 patients,randomly divided into control group and treatment group,control group adopts the traditional planting and autologous free hard palate mucosa grafts for treatment,the treatment group USES the attached gingiva revascularization treatment,compared two groups of patients on clinical,gingival bleeding index aesthetic differences and the patient's subjective feeling,etc.Results In the control group,the width of the attached gingival increased 90 days after surgery,with 19 cases at 0-1mm,22 cases at 1-2 mm and 16 cases at 2-3mm.The treatment group increased the width of the attached gingiva 90 days after surgery,with 2 patients at 0-1 mm,24 at 1-2 mm and 31 at 2~3 mm(χ^2=26.75,P<0.05).In the control group,the width of the attached gingival increased 180 days after surgery,with 22 cases at 0~1 mm,26 at 1-2 mm and 9 at 2-3 mm.The width of the attached gingival increased 180 days after surgery in the treatment group,4 cases were 0~1 mm,28 cases were 1-2 mm,and 25 cases were 2-3 mm(χ^2=31.58,P<0.05).The control gingival aesthetic 90 days postoperatively,Ⅰlevel 13 cases,Ⅱlevel 28 cases,16 casesⅢlevel;Team gingival aesthetic 90 days postoperatively,Ⅰlevel 5 cases,Ⅱlevel 30 cases,Ⅲlevel 22 cases(χ^2=48.32,P<0.05).The control group after 180 daysⅠlevel in 11 cases,gradeⅡ29 cases,17 casesⅢlevel;The team level 180 daysⅡ32 cases postoperatively,Ⅲlevel 25 cases(χ^2=38.46,P<0.05).Conclusion Adhesion gingival reconstruction has good adhesion gingival width increase and gingival aesthetics,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
