妊娠期妇女被动吸烟对胎儿生长和婴儿神经发育的影响

摘要 目的:观察妊娠期妇女被动吸烟对胎儿生长和婴儿神经发育的影响。方法:随机抽取本院于2017年2月-2018年2月所收治84例妊娠期妇女作为本次研究对象,并将每天持续被动吸入烟雾时间长于15min者分为对照组,每天持续被动吸入烟雾时间短于15min者分为观察组,每组42例。观察两组不良妊娠结局发生率、胎儿体重以及婴儿神经发育情况。结果:对照组不良妊娠结局发生率为54.76%,明显高于观察组不良妊娠结局发生率的35.71%;对照组胎儿体重正常的例数明显低于观察组;通过随访结果显示,观察组婴儿3个月、6个月以及12个月的神经发育指数均高于对照组,P<0.05,两组对比差异存在统计学意义。结论:妊娠期妇女被动吸烟对胎儿生长和婴儿神经发育均有着严重影响。 Objective:To observe the effects of passive smoking on fetal growth and infant neural development in pregnant women. Methods: a total of 84 pregnant women enrolled in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were randomly selected as subjects of this study, and those who continued passive smoke inhalation for more than 15 minutes per day were divided into the control group, and those who continued passive smoke inhalation for less than 15 minutes per day were divided into the observation group, with 42 cases in each group. The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes, fetal weight and infant neurodevelopment were observed in the two groups. Results:the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome was 54.76% in the control group, significantly higher than 35.71% in the observation group. The number of normal fetal weight in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group. The results of follow-up showed that the neurodevelopmental indexes of infants in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at 3, 6 and 12 months, with P >0.05, showing statistically significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion:passive smoking in pregnant women has serious effects on fetal growth and infant neurodevelopment.
