闭合复位与切开复位治疗老年桡骨远端骨折的效果对比研究被引量：1

摘要目的:探讨闭合复位与切开复位治疗老年桡骨远端骨折的效果及对患者腕关节功能的影响。方法:将2015年9月至2017年10月因桡骨远端骨折于我院行手术治疗的83例患者纳入研究并依据随机数字表法分组,对照组42例患者用闭合复位治疗,观察组41例则采用切开复位治疗,比较两组治疗前后腕关节功能改善情况及临床疗效差异。结果:观察组手术时间、术中出血量少于对照组,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组掌倾角、尺偏角、桡骨长度均大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组腕关节功能总优良率为97.56%,高于对照组的76.19%,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:切开复位治疗老年桡骨远端骨折疗效显著,可改善腕关节功能,值得推广。
