短切玄武岩纤维透水沥青混合料路用性能研究 被引量:9

摘要 为提高透水沥青混合料的稳定性、抗变形能力以及抗疲劳开裂性能,由2.36mm关键筛孔的通过率确定最佳级配,根据析漏、飞散试验确定最佳油石比为4.6%,根据已有研究成果确定掺加玄武岩纤维后最佳油石比为4.8%。选取6.0mm和9.0mm两种不同长度的玄武岩纤维作为增强稳定剂,进行PAC-13沥青混合料各项路用性能试验,主要包括:车辙试验、浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验、低温抗裂试验以及四点弯曲疲劳寿命试验等。结果表明,在掺入玄武岩纤维后,透水沥青混合料的各项路用性能有不同程度地提高且增强幅度均表现为:掺入9.0mm玄武岩纤维>掺入6.0mm玄武岩纤维>不掺入玄武岩纤维。因此,确定玄武岩纤维在透水沥青混合料中最佳掺入长度为9.0mm。 In order to improve the stability,anti-deformation ability and anti-fatigue cracking performance of the porous asphalt concrete,the optimum gradation is determined by the pass rate of 2.36mm key sieve holes,and the best oil-stone ratio is determined to be 4.6%according to the leakage and scattering test.According to the existing research results,the optimum oil-stone ratio after adding basalt fiber is 4.8%.Two different lengths of basalt fiber of 6.0mm and 9.0mm are selected as reinforcing stabilizers,and various road performance tests of PAC-13 asphalt mixture are carried out,including,rutting test,water immersion Marshall test,freeze-thaw split test,low temperature resistance crack test and four-point bending fatigue life test.The results show that after the basalt fiber is blended,the road performance of the porous asphalt concrete is improved to varying degrees and the enhancement range is:9.0mm basalt fiber>6.0mm basalt fiber>not incorporated into basalt fiber.Therefore,it is determined that the basalt fiber has an optimum blending length of 9.0 mm in the permeable asphalt mixture.
