利用3D打印技术无模铸造压缩机气缸铸件 被引量:18

Dieless Casting Compressor Cylinder Castings Using 3D Printing Technology

摘要 介绍了压缩机气缸铸件的结构及技术要求,详细阐述了该铸件的生产工艺:利用3D打印无模铸造不必考虑起模性的特点,合理布局浇注系统。生产结果显示:(1)气缸铸件的浇注系统布局紧凑,位于铸件空腔内部,铸件工艺出品率可达到80%以上;(2)采用全组芯工艺,砂铁比可以控制在2.5以下;(3)砂芯数量大幅减少,降低操作人员的技能要求,铸型定位简单、精准,生产的铸件壁厚尺寸均匀、同心度高;(4)利用3D打印技术生产首件铸件,研发周期可以缩短70%以上。 The structure and technical requirements of compressor cylinder castings were introduced. The production process of the castings was elaborated. The characteristics of no need to consider the liftability on 3 D printing moldless casting was used,and the casting system was arranged reasonably. The production results showed that:(1)The casting system of the cylinder castings had a compact layout,which was located inside the casting cavity,and the casting process yield rate could reach more than 80%.(2)Using the full core assembly process,the sand-iron ratio could be controlled below 2.5.(3)The number of sand cores was greatly reduced. The operator’s skill requirements were reduced. The mold positioning was simple and precise. The casting thickness of the castings was uniform and the concentricity was high.(4)The first castings were produced by 3 D printing technology,and the development period could be shortened more than 70%.
