习近平同志强调指出:"加快建设体育强国,就要把握体育强国梦与中国梦息息相关的定位,把体育事业融入实现‘两个一百年’奋斗目标的大格局中去谋划。"这是新时代中国体育事业发展的使命责任与担当,同时也是中国体育事业发展的战略机遇。要实现中国体育事业由"体育大国"向"体育强国"的战略性转变,不仅需要国家经济、科技等强大的硬实力为依托,更需要文化、价值观等软实力的积淀。深入剖析和研究建设体育强国的文化基因,是坚定文化自信、道路自信的先决条件,建设体育强国的文化基因与文化自信之间相互联系、相互作用,文化自信是建设体育强国的文化深层内核,体育强国是文化自信的体育展示。坚定文化自信,为建设体育强国、健康中国提供强有力的支撑。
