摘要
合理有效的区域物流空间关联网络有利于区域物流活动组织化、规模化、网络化运行,实现区域物流协同发展,是区域经济一体化发展的重要支撑。运用主成分分析法测度2005—2016年我国五大城市群城市物流业发展水平,借助引力模型确定城市间物流业发展空间关联关系,利用社会网络分析方法解析物流业发展空间网络结构特征并探究其运行效应发现,长三角、珠三角、京津冀、长江中游、成渝五大城市群物流业发展水平均呈持续上升趋势,东部沿海地区城市群物流业发展水平高于中西部城市群,城市群物流业发展区域内差异逐渐扩大,具有典型的多级分化现象;五大城市群物流业空间关联紧密度逐步增加,网络等级度变化相对平稳,网络效率逐年下降,网络结构日益稳定;网络密度的提升和网络效率的下降有助于城市群物流业发展水平的提高和区域内差异的缩小,森严网络等级结构的破除有助于京津冀物流业发展水平的提高(但在其他城市群作用不显著),点度中心度、接近中心度的提高有助于物流业发展水平的提高,而中介中心度的作用具有区域差异性。因此,为更好地推动城市群物流业协调发展,一要充分考虑各城市区位优势与资源禀赋,明确各城市在城市群物流业发展中的功能定位,推动物流业与三次产业的产业联动与空间协同,形成横向错位发展、纵向分工协作的高度扁平化功能分工格局以及高效运转的物流业空间关联网络;二要增强物流枢纽城市空间生产能力,强化其对区域内落后城市的辐射力,实现整体繁荣与区域协调发展,避免断崖式局面的出现;三要积极改善城市间交通基础设施条件,消除要素流动制度性障碍,通过要素流动、区际贸易、企业分工合作等多种渠道实现城市物流业发展的空间溢出效应,优化城市群物流业空间配置,强化城市群物流业空间关联网络结构,使之高效低成本运转,提升物流业价值创造能力。
Rational and effective regional spatial network structure is beneficial to the organizational,scale,and network operation of regional logistic activities.On the basis of the comprehensive evaluation of logistics development in five urban clusters through principal components analysis method from 2005 to 2016,the author constructs gravity model to confirm the spatial correlation of logistics development between cities within each urban cluster,and then uses social network analysis method to reveal the characteristics of logistics spatial network structure,and also investigates its operating effect.First,the results show that logistics development in each urban cluster shows a continuous upward trend,and the urban clusters in eastern seaboard have better performance than that in central and west regions;the logistics development difference within urban cluster shows a gradually upward trend,accompanied by distinct gradient with bipolar or multipolar differentiation phenomenon.Second,the results show that the tightness of spatial correlation network in five urban clusters exhibits a gradually upward trend,the network grade changes smoothly,and the network efficiency exhibits a gradually downward trend,which indicates that the logistics network is becoming more and more stable.Third,the results also show that the promotion of network density and the decline of network efficiency are beneficial to improving logistics development of urban clusters and narrowing intraregional difference;breaking the strict network hierarchy is beneficial to improving logistics development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,however its effects are not significant for other urban clusters;the promotion of degree centrality and closeness centrality are beneficial to improving logistics development,but the effects of betweenness centrality are regionally different.So to better promote the coordinated development of urban cluster’s logistics industry,we should,first,fully consider the regional advantages and resource endowment of each city,clarify the functional position of each city in urban cluster’s logistic development,and promote the industrial interaction and spatial coordination;second,we should enhance spatial productivity of hub cities and strengthen its emissive power on lagged behind cities to realize the overall prosperous and regional coordinated development;and third,we should improve transportation infrastructure among cities,eliminate the institutional barriers hindering element flow,realize the spatial spillover effects,optimize logistic spatial distribution,and strengthen spatial network structure to improve the capability for value creative of logistics industry.
