摘要 为研究宽弦复合弯掠风扇叶片的颤振问题,以及适用于工程设计的颤振预测方法,分别采用经验法和数值模拟方法,对大涵道比风扇性能试验件叶片进行颤振预测,并将预测结果与试验结果进行对比,考察颤振预测方法的准确性和实用性。对比过程中,分析了颤振发生的机理,提出了抑制颤振的手段。结果表明:两种方法都准确地预测了风扇转子叶片发生的颤振,与试验现象吻合,计算量在可接受范围内,具备工程实用价值。 In order to study the flutter problem of wide-chord swept-curved fan blade and the numerical method of flutter prediction applied on the engineering design, the flutter prediction of high bypass ratio tur. bofan test article was carried out using empirical method and numerical simulation method. The accuracy and practicability of the flutter prediction methods were studied by comparing the predicted results and test results. The flutter mechanism was analyzed and a flutter suppression method was proposed. The compari. son results show that the empirical method and numerical method can predict accurately the flutter of the fan blade, which agrees well with test phenomenon. With acceptable calculation amount, both methods have value from engineering point of view.
