摘要
本文依托冬奥会及京津冀协同发展为契机,采用文献资料、实地考察、访谈法等对京津冀高校冰雪运动人才培养路径进行调查研究,找出京津冀高校冰雪运动人才培养方向及人才培养的路径,大力发展和培养冰雪运动后背人才。调查结果显示,京津冀高校通过扩建专业、扩大招生、定向培养、吸引就业、多方合作、应邀培训、校企合作、引进高水平领军人物等等路径,多方面、多渠道弥补冰雪运动人才稀缺现象。我们对冰雪运动人才的遴选、注册、考核、管理一定要达到规范化、标准化、国际化、外事礼仪文明化等高标准、严要求,满足北京冬奥会张家口赛区人才需求。
Based on the synerg y development of the Winter Olympics and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, this paper investigates the training path of ice and snow sports talents in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei University by means of literature, f ield visits and interviews, and f inds out the training direction of the ice and snow sports talents in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei University. The path of talent cultivation, vigorously develop and train the talents of the ice and snow sports. The survey results show that the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei University has made up for the scarcity of ice and snow sports talents through various channels such as expanding professional, expanding enrollment, orientation training, attracting employment, multi-party cooperation, invitation training, school-enterprise cooperation, and introduction of high-level leading f igures. phenomenon. We must meet the high standards and strict requirements of standardization, standardization, internationalization, civilization of foreign affairs and etiquette for the selection, registration, assessment and management of snow sports talents, and meet the talent needs of the Beijing Winter Olympics Zhang jiakou competition area.
