摘要
辽河是辽宁农业发展的重要水资源保障,但水体缺质、河水缺量、植被缺失、管理缺位等问题突出,成为辽宁中部城市群地下水污染源之一,严重影响农业生产。介绍2010年以来辽河治理保护的历程及成效,总结出5点经验和做法,提出辽河治理与实施"河长制"对农业发展的思考,为河流治理保护与现代农业融合发展提供借鉴。
Liaohe river is an important water resource guarantee for the agricultural development of Liaoning province. However, it has become one of the groundwater pollution sources in the urban agglomerations in the central part of Liaoning province, which has seriously affected agricultural production due to the prominent problems such as water quality, river water quantity, an absence of vegetation and management. This paper introduces the course and effect of river regulation and protection since 2010, summarizes five points of experience and practice, and puts forward the thinking of river regulation and implementation of "river length system" on agricultural development, which can provide reference for the integrated development of river regulation and protection and modern agriculture.
