摘要
目的:探讨应用腹直肌肌皮瓣修复腹股沟区深度损伤创面的效果。方法:2011年1月—2016年1月对15例不同原因所致腹股沟区深部软组织缺损的患者行腹直肌肌皮瓣封闭创面,15例患者创面面积平均13.0 cm×6.7 cm,于入院后1～3 d进行手术。结果:15例患者移植的肌皮瓣均成活良好,无腹壁疝及其他并发症发生。结论:腹直肌肌皮瓣血运丰富,应用于腹股沟区深度损伤创面效果良好,操作简单。
Objective: To investigate the application of rectus abdominis myocutaneous flap in deep wound repair in the inguinal area. Methods: Fifteen patients with deep soft tissue defects in the inguinal region (averaged area 13.0 cm×6.7 cm ) caused by different causes from Jan. 2011 to Jan. 2016, were repaired with rectus inguinal myocutaneous flap 1-3 days postinjury. Results: The myocutaneous flap survived well in 15 patients, without abdominal wall hernia or other complications. Conclusions: Rectus abdominis myocutaneous flap has abundant blood supply, it can be effectively applied to the deep wound repair in the inguinal area with simple operation.
