摘要
为了研究采煤机液压拉杆载荷的变化规律,采用三维实体建模与有限元仿真方法,建立了采煤机整机动力学仿真模型,分析了滚筒动载荷作用下液压拉杆的载荷变化特性,得出4个拉杆的最大应力和对应变形量,通过与液压拉杆的材料需用强度对比,证明了液压拉杆的可靠性和安全性。
In order to studying loading variation of hydraulic pressure pull rod of coal cutter,and then three dimensions solid model building and finite element simulation were applied,the dynamics simulation model of complete machine of coal cutter,and then loading variation characters of hydraulic pressure pull rod under dynamical loading of roller,the maximal stress and it’s corresponding deformation of all four pull rod were put forward,according strength comparison of hydraulic pressure pull rod,the reliability and safety of hydraulic pressure pull rod were verified.
