摘要
目的通过将微课教学引入儿科临床实践教育,比较分析微课-传统教学方法相结合与单纯传统教学方式的教学效果的不同。方法选取2017年9月—2018年9月在我院进行儿科临床实践的医学生120名作为研究对象,将其随机分成试验组和对照组,每组各60名。试验组采用微课-传统教学相结合方式(其中,微课15 min,之后进行传统理论授课);对照组采用单纯传统教学方式。比较两组医学生的理论考试成绩和临床技能考试成绩,并对微课教学方式满意度进行调查,评价微课在儿科临床实践中的教学效果。结果试验组医学生的理论考试成绩总分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.01);试验组医学生的临床技能考试成绩总分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组医学生的教学满意度比较,试验组较对照组教学方式满意人数明显更多,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论微课-传统教学相结合及教学方式有助于儿科临床实践中理论知识的学习和临床操作技能的掌握,且能调动学生学习的积极性,激发其学习兴趣。
Objective By introducing micro-course teaching into pediatric clinical practice education, this paper compares and analyses the teaching effect of micro-course-traditional teaching method and simple traditional teaching method. Methods 120 medical students from September 2017 to September 2018 in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 60 medical students in each group. The experimental group adopted the combination of micro-class and traditional teaching (in which, micro-class lasted for 15 minutes, followed by traditional theory teaching). The control group was taught by simple traditional teaching methods. The results of theoretical examination and clinical skill examination of two groups of medical students, and investigating the satisfaction of micro-class teaching method, evaluating the teaching effect of micro-class in pediatric clinical practice were compared. Results The total score of the theoretical examination of the medical students in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.01). The total score of clinical skills examination of medical students in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.01). Comparing the teaching satisfaction of the two groups of medical students, the number of students in the experimental group was significantly more than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01). Conclusion The combination of micro-lectures and traditional teaching methods is helpful to the study of theoretical knowledge and the mastery of clinical operation skills in pediatric clinical practice, and can arouse the enthusiasm of students and stimulate their interest in learning.
