自然风冷永磁同步电机温度场的仿真分析及验证

Simulation Analysis and Verification of Natural Air-cooled Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Temperature Field

摘要 针对自然风冷永磁同步电机在电动汽车上的不同运行工况,运用Motor-CAD软件对电机温度场进行仿真分析,得出电机在各种工况下的温度场数据。最后搭建了电机温升试验平台,对电机温升仿真值与实验值进行对比分析,结果表明误差不超过3%,验证了仿真方法和结果的准确性,为电机的结构设计提供了有效依据。 In view of the different operating conditions of the natural air-cooled permanent magnet synchronous motor in electric vehicles, the temperature field of the motor is simulated and analyzed with the motor-cad software, and the temperature field data of the motor under various working conditions is obtained. Finally, a motor temperature rise test platform is set up to compare the simulation value with the experimental value. The results show that the error is less than 3%, which verifies the accuracy of the simulation method and results and provides an effective basis for the structural design of the motor.
