摘要
目的研究下肢骨折术后水肿采用弹力袜进行Buerger运动治疗的临床效果。方法抽取2017年7月~2018年8月在我院治疗的60例出现水肿症状的下肢骨折患者,使用随机数字表法将其分成对照组和治疗组,每组各30例。对照组术后仅行Buerger运动治疗;治疗组术后采用弹力袜行Buerger运动治疗。比较两组术后水肿控制效果、术后下肢肿胀程度、运动前后视觉模拟(VAS)评分、水肿消失时间、术后住院总时间及不良事件的发生情况。结果治疗组术后水肿控制总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后下肢肿胀程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);水肿消失时间和术后住院总时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组运动后的VAS评分低于运动前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组运动后的VAS评分低于运动前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组治疗前该项指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论下肢骨折水肿患者在术后采用弹力袜行Buerger运动治疗,能在短时间内减轻肿胀程度,控制疼痛,减少不良事件发生,从而缩短住院治疗时间,使病情的治疗效果提升。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Buerger exercise with elastic stocks on edema after lower limb fracture surgery. Methods Sixty patients with edema symptoms due to lower extremity fractures treated in our hospital from July 2017 to August 2018 were enrolled and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method, 30 patients in each group. In the control group, only Buerger exercise was performed after operation, while the patients in the treatment group were treated with elastic stocks for Buerger exercise. The edema control effect, postoperative lower extremity swelling, pain degree visual analog scale (VAS) before and after exercise, edema disappearance time, total postoperative hospital stay, and adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of edema control in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The lower extremity swelling was significantly lighter in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.05). The disappearance time of edema and total postoperative hospital stay were significantly shorter in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.05). The adverse events were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.05). The pain degree VAS score after exercise in the treatment group was lower than that before exercise, and the intra-group difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The pain degree VAS score after exercise in the control group was lower than that before exercise, and the intra-group difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment as to the VAS score (P>0.05), while the difference after treatment was significant (P>0.05). Conclusion In patients with lower extremity fractures with edema symptoms, the use of elastic stocks for Buerger exercise treatment can reduce the degree of swelling, control pain and reduce adverse events in a short period of time, thereby shortening the hospitalization time and improving the treatment effect of the disease.
