摘要
目的探讨对下肢骨折术后患者实施气压治疗和康复护理的效果。方法选择2016年7月—2017年7月收治并进行手术治疗的96例下肢骨折术后患者随机分为对照组和观察组各48例,术后两组患者均给与抗凝药物治疗,其中对照组给予康复护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上再给予气压治疗,记录并比较两组患者在术前、术后大腿及小腿的周径变化、DVT发生情况、出院后日常生活能力以及护理满意度等。结果对照组及观察组DVT发生率分别为14. 58%和2. 08%,组间比较,差异具有统计意义(P <0. 05);对照组在术后3、6、9 d的小腿周径明显大于观察组,组间比较,差异具有统计意义(P <0. 05);对照组日常生活能力评分要低于观察组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);对照组及观察组总满意度分别为66. 67%和95. 83%,组间比较,差异具有统计意义(P <0. 05)。结论对下肢骨折术后患者实施气压治疗和康复护理,可有效降低DVT发生率以及提高护理的临床满意度。
Ojbective To investigate the effect of pneumatic therapy and rehabilitation nursing on lower extremity fractures in postoperative patients.Methods 96 patients with lower extremity fractures after surgery from July 2016 to July 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 48 cases in each group.Besides the treatment with anticoagulant drugs in both groups,the control group was given rehabilitation nursing intervention and the observation group received barometric therapy on the basis of the treatment for the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of the changes of the circumference of the thighs and calves before and after surgery,the occurrence of DVT,the daily living ability after discharge and the satisfaction of nursing.Results The incidence of DVT in the control group was significant higher than that in the observation group(14.58%vs.2.08%,P<0.05).The diameters of the calf at the 3,6 and 9 days after operation were significantly larger than those of the observation group(P<0.05).The scores of daily life ability of the control group were significantly lower than those of the observation group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group and(95.83%vs.66.67%,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of barotherapy and rehabilitation nursing for patients with lower extremity fractures can effectively reduce the incidence of DVT and improve the clinical satisfaction with nursing service.
