摘要
目的探讨补中益气汤联合盆底电刺激、生物反馈治疗气血虚弱型子宫脱垂的效果。方法选取本院2016年6月～2017年12月收治的132例气血虚弱型子宫脱垂患者,按系统随机化法分为A、B组,每组66例。A组给予补中益气汤治疗,B组给予补中益气汤联合盆底电刺激、生物反馈治疗。比较两组临床效果、治疗前后盆底肌情况和尿失禁改善情况。结果 B组的总有效率为89.39%,显著高于A组的72.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的阴道动态压力、阴道收缩肌电值均高于治疗前,阴道收缩持续时间长于治疗前,且B组的上述指标均显著优于A组(P<0.05)。B组的尿失禁改善率(71.21%)显著高于A组(48.48%)(P<0.05)。结论补中益气汤联合盆底电刺激、生物反馈对气血虚弱型子宫脱垂具有较好的临床效果,能有效提升患者的盆底肌功能,改善其尿失禁情况。
Objective To explore the effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with pelvic floor electrical stimulation and biofeedback treating uterine prolapse with weakness of qi and blood. Methods All of 132 patients with uterine prolapse with weakness of qi and blood admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to December 2017 were selected and they were divided into group A (n=66) and group B (n=66) according to the system randomization method. Group A was treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,and group B was treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with pelvic floor electrical stimulation and biofeedback. The clinical effect,the pelvic floor muscles function and the improvement of urinary incontinence before and after treatment between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of group B (89.39%) was significantly higher than that of group B (72.73%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment,the dynamic vaginal pressure and vaginal contraction EMG of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the duration of vaginal contraction was longer than that before treatment,and the above indexes of group B were significantly better than those of group A (P<0.05). The improvement rate of urinary incontinence in group B (71.21%) was significantly higher than that in group A (48.48%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with pelvic floor electrical stimulation and biofeedback have a good clinical effect on uterine prolapse with weakness of qi and blood,which can effectively improve the pelvic floor muscle function and improve urinary incontinence in patients.
