摘要
为改善西北地区冬季肉牛养殖的福利状况,提高肉牛的生产性能,试验通过研究饮用温水对拴系育肥肉牛体重的影响,对120头架子牛分为试验组和对照组拴系育肥,每组60头架子牛,试验为单因子试验,试验牛每日饮水2次,分别为上午11:00,下午17:00时,试验组饮水温度为20℃,对照组饮水温度为4℃。通过对比试验,结果表明:饮用温水牛日增重比饮冷水牛多0.23 kg/d,差异极显著(P<0.01),由于北方冬季气候严寒,给肉牛饮用20℃左右温水比4℃左右冷水的育肥效果好。通过冬季饮用温水改善肉牛养殖的福利状况,提高饲料利用率,从而提高肉牛生产水平。
In order to improve the welfare and production performance of beef cattle in the northwest region in winter, the effect of drinking warm water on the weight of the fattening beef cattle was evaluated. 120 feeder cattle in a tied-stall were divided into the experimental group and the control group. For each group of 60 feeder cattle, the cattle drank twice a day(at 11:00 am and 17:00 pm), and the drinking water temperature of the experimental group was 20 ℃, while the control group was 4 ℃. Based on the comparison experiments, the results showed that the daily weight gain of group with drinking warm water was 0.23 kg/d more than that of group with cold water, the difference between them was extremely significant(P< 0.01). Because of the severe cold weather in the northern area, the fattening effect of beef cattle drinking 20 ℃ water was better than drinking 4 ℃ water. The welfare, feed efficiency and production level of beef cattle were improved by drinking warm water in winter.
