摘要
目的比较高氯酸滴定法与高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定地巴唑片中地巴唑的含量。方法高氯酸滴定法中以甲基橙为指示液;HPLC法,色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse XDB-C_(18)柱(250 mm×4. 6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-三乙胺(80∶19. 5∶0. 5,V/V/V),流速为1. 0 mL/min,检测波长为275 nm,柱温为26℃,进样量为10μL。结果高氯酸滴定法测定的平均含量为94. 85%,RSD为3. 50%(n=5); HPLC法测定的平均含量为97. 80%,RSD为1. 48%(n=5)。结论 HPLC法能更好地减少杂质干扰,可更准确地测定地巴唑片中地巴唑的含量。
Objective To compare the content determination of bendazol in Tabellae Bendazoli by perchloric acid titration or HPLC. Methods Helianthin B was taken as the indicator solution in perchloric acid titration. Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) was adopted by HPLC,the mobile phase was methanol-water-triethylamine( 80 ∶ 19. 5 ∶ 0. 5, V/V/V),the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 275 nm,the column temperature was 26 ℃,and the sample size was 10 μL.Results The average content of bendazol in Tabellae Bendazoli by perchloric acid titration was 94. 85%, RSD was 3. 50%( n = 5),while the average content of bendazol in Tabellae Bendazoli by HPLC was 97. 80%, RSD was 1. 48%( n = 5). Conclusion HPLC can reduce the interference of impurities better,and determine the content of bendazol in Tabellae Bendazoli more accurately.
