负压排水技术在长大隧道反坡排水施工中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 米拉山隧道斜井设计为10%反坡,施工过程中出现大量涌水,最大水量达38600m^3/d,现有排水技术需跟随掌子面频繁移动,或将排水设备吸水口直接置入水中,无法将吸水口延长;排水设备前移过程中,容易造成水泵铸铁件损坏、电缆受伤、管道连接漏水等不利因素,修复过程缓慢,容易引起积水过大淹没工作面,影响施工进度。根据现有反坡排水技术中存在的问题,结合既有反坡隧道排水方面的经验,针对高海拔长大隧道施工中所遇到的排水难点进行了深入研究,进一步优化了施工方案和工艺流程,研发了负压排水装置,提出了负压排水工艺,排水设备固定在离掌子面一定距离处,只将吸水管跟随掌子面延长,减少了设备移动时间,取得很好餉工程效益。米拉山隧道反坡排水施工实践证明该发明和工艺可有效解决长大隧道的反坡排水施工问题。 The Milashan tunnel sloping well is designed to be 10% anti-slope. There is a large amount of water inflow during the construction process. The maximum amount of water reaches 38 600 m^3/d. The existing drainage technology needs to follow the frequent movement of the tunnel face, or place the water intake of the drainage equipment directly into the water. The water absorption mouth can not be extended. In the process of the forward movement of drainage equipment, it is easy to cause damage to the cast iron parts of the water pump, injury to the cable, leakage of the pipe connection as well as other unfavorable factors. The repair process is slow, and it is easy to cause excessive flooding of the working surface and affect the construction progress. Based on the problems emerged in the existing anti-slope drainage technology, and combined with the experience in the drainage of the existing anti-slope tunnels, this author conducted in-depth research on the difficulties encountered in the construction of high-altitude long tunnels, further optimized the construction plan and technological process, and developed a negative pressure drainage device. The negative pressure drainage process was proposed, and the drainage equipment was fixed at a certain distance from the tunnel face. Only the absorbent pipe was extended with the tunnel face, which could reduce the equipment moving time and achieve good engineering benefits. Milashan tunnel anti-slope drainage construction practice proves that the invention and technology can effectively solve the problem of slope drainage construction in long tunnel.
