摘要
目的分析儿童急性化脓性中耳炎保守治疗无效行鼓膜切开置管术疗效.方法回顾分析2014年8月—2017年11月58例(96耳)儿童急性化脓性中耳炎,经药物保守治疗无效后行全麻下鼓膜切开置管术,随访半年以上观察疗效.结果其中鼓膜通气管早期脱出2例,门诊复诊过程中发现置管自行脱落32例,置管未自行脱落门诊取管24例.未发生鼓膜残留大穿孔,胆脂瘤增生等并发症.结论儿童急性化脓性中耳炎经保守治疗无效可行全麻下鼓膜切开置管术,安全有效.
Objective To analyze the curative effect of tympanostomy tube incision and catheterization of acute suppurative otitis media in children after the failure of conservative treatment.Methods A retrospective analysis of 58 cases(96 ears)of children with acute suppurative otitis media in our department from August 2014 to November 2017 was conducted,tympanostomy tube incision and catheterization under general anesthesis were performed after the failure of conservative drug treatment,follow-up of more than six months to observe the efficacy.Results In the group,early removal of tympanostomy tube occurred in 2 cases,32 cases were found the tube fall of itself during return visit,24 cases were removed in the clinic.There were no residual tympanic membrane perforation and hyperplasia of cholesteatoma.Conclusion Children with acute suppurative otitis media can be treated with tympanostomy tube incision and catheterization after the failure of conservative treatment,which is safe and effective.
