摘要
为了研究一种阳离子复合消毒液纳米雾对无菌实验室消毒效果,采用载体定性杀菌试验对无菌实验室包括传递窗和房间的消毒灭菌效果进行评价。结果表明:当喷雾用量大于15 mL/m^3,密闭时间大于90 min时,所使用的阳离子复合消毒液纳米雾完全可以杀灭1×10~6 CFU的嗜热脂肪杆菌(ATCC 7953)芽孢和枯草杆菌(ATCC 9372)芽孢。由此可见,该阳离子复合消毒液纳米雾能够用于无菌实验室的消毒灭菌,具有广阔的发展前景,是取代甲醛和二氧化氯等传统消毒灭菌的理想方法。
In order to study the sterilization effect for aseptic laboratory by using Nano-mist of quaternary ammonium and guanidinescompound disinfectant,the carrier qualitative germicidal test was carried out in aseptic laboratory,in which the doors and windows were included,to evaluate the sterilization effect.It was shown that if the amount of spray mist used exceeds 15 ml/m3 and the duration exceeds 90 min,6 logs bacillus thermophiles(ATCC 7953)spores and bacillus subtilis(ATCC 9372)spores will be completely killed by quaternary ammonium and guanidinescompound disinfectant.Thus the Nano-mist of quaternary ammonium and guanidinescompound disinfectant to be used for aseptic laboratory has been proved efficient,and it is ideal substitution for formaldehyde and chlorine dioxide and has prospect of application in wide scope.
