摘要
兴国必先强师。新时代背景下,因应学生核心素养的培养、个性化学习方式的实施、网络信息资源的普及、教育国际化的发展等需要,提升教师品质紧要而迫切。教师需着力提升的品质要素包括:学科、教学法和教育学等专业知识素养;教育教学、课程设计和教学反思等核心能力素养;信息化、国际化及学习和创新等综合素养;师德修养和信息道德素养。教师品质提升的基本路径包括:更新观念、成为自身发展的主人;以提高教师专业素养为导向,完善教师教育课程体系;利用信息技术探索个性化能力导向的教师教育模式;以立德树人为导向,健全信息化师德建设机制。
strengthen our teachers is priori to the prosperity of our country.In the context of the new era,in order to meet the needs of the cultivation of students’ core qualities,the implementation of individualized learning methods,the popularization of network information resources,and the development of education internationalization,it is urgent and necessary to improve the quality of teachers.The quality elements that teachers should strive to improve include:professional knowledge literacy such as subject,teaching method and pedagogical knowledge;key competencies literacy such as education and teaching,curriculum design and teaching reflection;comprehensive literacy such as informatization,internationalization and learning and innovation;moral literacy,information ethics literacy.The basic path to improve teachers’ quality in the new era include renewing teachers’ ideas and become masters of their own development;guided by improve teachers’ professional quality,improving teacher education curriculum system;exploring individualized ability-oriented teacher education mode by using information technology;and guided by cultivating the person with sublime virtue,enhance the mechanism of informatization teachers’ moral construction.
