摘要
目的探究二氧化锆全瓷冠修复对前牙牙体缺损患者咀嚼效能及菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)变化的影响。方法选取我院2015年10月～2017年10月前牙牙体缺损患者58例,随机数字表法分为对照组(n=29,59颗牙)与观察组(n=29,61颗牙)。对照组给予玻璃纤维桩钴铬合金烤瓷冠修复,观察组给予玻璃纤维桩二氧化锆全瓷冠修复。对比两组修复后1年修复效果、患者自觉满意度及修复前后咀嚼效能、PTV、牙龈指数(GI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟液中碱性磷酸酶(ALP)水平、龈沟液(GCF)。结果观察组修复后1个月、6个月、1年咀嚼效能优于对照组(P <0.05);修复后6个月观察组PTV、GI、PLI低于对照组(P <0.05);修复后1个月观察组GCF、ALP低于对照组(P <0.05);修复后1个月对照组GCF、ALP高于修复前(P <0.05);修复后1年观察组颜色匹配、修复体完整、边缘适合率高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组自觉满意度评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论二氧化锆全瓷冠修复应用于前牙牙体缺损患者,可降低PLI、GI,改善牙齿松动度,提高咀嚼效能、美观度及患者自觉满意度,且对牙龈组织的影响较小。
Objective To investigate the effects of zirconia all-ceramic crown restoration on masticatory efficiency,plaque index(PLI)and gingival index(GI)in patients with anterior teeth defects.Methods A total of 58 patients with anterior teeth defects from October 2015 to October 2017 were enrolled in this study.The random number table method was used to divide them into control group(n=29,59 teeth)and observation group(n=29,61 teeth)..The control group was given a glass fiber post-Repair of Cobalt-Chromium Alloy Porcelain-fused-to-metal Crown,and the observation group was given a glass fiber pile zirconium dioxide full porcelain crown repair.Compare the self-satisfaction,repair effect,chewing efficacy,PTV,gingival index(GI),plaque index(PLI),alkaline phosphatase(ALP)level in gingival crevicular fluid,and gingival crevicular fluid(GCF)).Results The chewing efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group at 1 month,6 months and 1 year after repair(P<0.05).The PTV,GI and PLI of the observation group were lower than the control group at 6 months after repair(P<0.05).The GCF and ALP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group in the first month(P<0.05).The GCF and ALP in the control group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 1-year repair,the color matching of the observation group,the integrity of the restoration and the marginal fit rate were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had higher self-awareness score than the control group.(P<0.05).Conclusion Zirconium dioxide all-ceramic crown repair is applied to patients with anterior teeth defects,which can reduce PLI,GI,improve tooth looseness,improve chewing efficacy and patient satisfaction,and have less effect on gum tissue.
