摘要
党的十九大报告提出,要加快一流大学和一流学科建设,实现高等教育内涵式发展。潘懋元认为,地方高校"双一流"建设应坚持统筹兼顾、多元发展;大学首要的任务应该是出人才,有了人才再出成果,为此必须加强本科教育;实现高等教育内涵式发展的本质是提高大学的办学质量;地方高校转型发展是经济社会转型发展的动力和保证;地方师范大学协调发展要保持师范本色;未来的高等教育既要培养自然人,也要培养"机器人"。
The report of the 19th CPC National Congress called for speeding up the construction of world-class universities and world-class disciplines and realizing the connotative development of higher education. Professor Pan Maoyuan believed that in the construction of "Double World-class", local colleges and universities should insist on overall planning and pluralistic development;strengthen undergraduate education, because cultivating talents was the most important task of the university, and then producing results based on talents;and improve school-running quality due to the essence of realizing the connotative development of higher education. Transformation and development of local colleges a nd universities was the motive force and guarantee of economic development and social transformation;the harmonious development of local normal universities should keep the essence of normal colleges and universities;the future higher education should not only train the person, but also the robot.
