摘要
[目的]建立快速灵敏检测SYP-20351的高效液相色谱定量分析方法。[方法]采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C_(18)色谱柱,以甲醇-酸水(体积比55∶45)为流动相,DAD检测器对SYP-20351原药进行分离和定量分析。[结果]方法的线性相关系数0.999,标准偏差为0.10,变异系数为0.12%,平均回收率为100.2%。[结论]该分析方法使得SYP-20351得到较好分离,操作简便、快速,定量分析结果准确、稳定,可用于SYP-20351的精密定量分析。
[Aims] A HPLC method for the quantitative determination of SYP-20351 was developed.[Methods] The SYP-20351 TC was separated on Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column with MeOH:H2O (55:45, by vol) mixed solution as mobile phase and tested by DAD detector.[Results] The linear correlation coefficient was 0.999, the standard deviation was 0.10, the variation coefficient was 0.12%, and the average recovery was 100.2%.[Conclusions] This method is simple, fast, high precision and accuracy, which can SYP-20351.
