摘要
一流本科教育是一流大学和一流学科的重要组成部分,是高等教育强国的重要标志之一。建设一流本科教育可以从两方面着手,一是如何认识和识别一流本科教育,二是如何建设一流本科教育。前者首先要解决对本科教育重要性等方面的认识问题,以提高对本科教育的重视及深化对一流本科教育的认识;其次要明晰一流本科教育具备的基本特征,以清楚一流本科教育的建设方向和评价标准。后者涉及一流本科教育的建设路径、建设重点、课程教学和保障机制等方面,其中建设路径主要按照专业建设和人才培养的逻辑过程,讨论一流本科教育建设需要经历的主要环节、内涵及其要求。限于篇幅,本文仅讨论一流本科教育的认识问题、基本特征和建设路径。
First-class undergraduate education (FCUE) is an important component of the first-class university and the first-class discipline, and one of the important symbol of higher education power. Building FCUE could be started from two aspects: the first is how to understand and identify FCUE, the second is how to construct FCUE. The former must first solve the problems like understanding the importance of undergraduate education, in order to improve the emphasis on undergraduate education and deepen the understanding of FCUE;Secondly, it is needed to identify the essential characteristics of FCUE, so that the construction direction and evaluation standard of undergraduate education could be clarified. The latter is concerned with the construction path, construction focus, curriculum teaching and the guarantee mechanism of FCUE, among which the construction path mainly discusses the main steps, connotations and requirements of FCUE according to the logic process of specialty construction and personnel training. Due to limited space, this paper only discusses the understanding, essential features and construction path of FCUE.
