摘要
目的:探讨肝性脑病(HE)患者磁共振(MRI)与多层螺旋CT(MSCT)检查的影像学表现及联合诊断价值。方法:选取2016年1月～2018年1月我院收治的57例HE患者,均接受MRI、MSCT检查。对比MRI、MSCT联合诊断符合率,并统计影像学表现。结果:两者联合诊断符合率(98.24%)高于MSCT(78.94%)、MRI(80.70%)单项诊断,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MSCT联合MRI可显著提高HE患者诊断准确度,为临床确定合理干预措施提供指导依据。
Objective:To investigate the imaging findings and diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) in patients with hepatic encephalopathy (HE).Methods 57 cases of HE admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected.Methods:57 patients with HE admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were examined by MRI and MSCT.The coincidence rates of MRI and MSCT were compared,and the imaging findings were statistically analyzed.Results the coincidence rate of the two groups (98.24%) was higher than that of MSCT (78.94%) and MRI (80.70%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Results:the coincidence rate of the two groups was 9& 24%(higher than that of MSCT (78.94%) and MRI (80.70%)),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:MSCT combined with MRI can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy of HE patients,and provide guidance for clinical rational intervention measures.
