摘要
建立了苹果中吡虫啉农药残留的高效液相色谱串联质谱(HPLC-MS)的分析方法。采用乙腈为提取液,经Sep-Pak Vac固相萃取小柱分离提取目标物,经电喷雾正离子(ESI+)电离及多反应监测(MRM)模式来测定目标化合物,采用标准溶液曲线法进行定量。结果显示:吡虫啉在4~128 ng/mL范围内具有良好的线性关系(r> 0.999),当标准添加水平为4、16、32 ng/m L时,回收率为85.72~93.82%,相对标准偏差RSD为1.8%。该方法简便、快速、灵敏和准确,适合苹果中吡虫啉农药残留的快速检测及定量分析。
A high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometric method(HPLC-MS)was established for the determination of imidacloprid in apple.The samples were extracted by acetonitrile,then it was cleaned up with Sep-Pak Vac columns.The imidacloprid was determined in the modes of electrospray positive ionization(ESI+)and multiple reaction monitoring(MRM).The analytes were quantified by matrix-matched standard solution and the calibration curve showed good linearity within the concentrations of 4 to 128 ng/mL(r>0.999).The recoveries of the imidacloprid residues ranged from 85.72%to 93.82%in the three spiked levels of 4 ng/mL.16 ng/mL and 32 ng/mL.The relative standard deviation(RSD)was 1.8%.The results indicate that the method is easier,faster,more sensitive,and suitable for the qualitative and quantitative confirmation of the imidacloprid residue from apple.
