摘要
针对目前掺混监控系统存在数据采集复杂、传输效率低、抗干扰能力差、手动控制等问题,基于S7-1200系列PLC设计了一种瓦斯掺混监控系统;从系统的架构、关键设备选型、传感器数据采集和掺混PID控制器等方面进行设计,有效保障了瓦斯蓄热氧化装置和瓦斯发电机组的稳定高效运行。
In view of the problems of complex data acquisition, low transmission efficiency, poor anti-interference ability and manual control, the author designs a gas mixing monitoring system based on S7-1200 series PLC, and designs the system structure, key equipment selection, sensor data acquisition and mixing PID controller, etc. It effectively safeguards the stable and efficient operation of the gas thermal storage oxidation unit and gas generating set.
