摘要
车间布局的合理性直接影响物流效率、生产成本、生产安全及生产效率等方面。以某钢结构公司生产车间为研究对象,通过调研发现该车间主要生产的产品为H型钢,根据生产现场的物流量及各功能区的相关性,从物流因素和非物流因素2个方面进行了相关性分析,得到了该车间的作业单位相互关系图、作业单位综合接近程度排序及作业单位位置相关图,并采用路线最优的布局原则设计了2个改善方案,通过方案评价得到了较优方案。该较优方案可以改进搬运效率、提高面积利用率及降低生产成本,为企业带来良好的社会效益及经济效益。
The rationality of workshop layout directly affects logistics efficiency,production cost and safety,and affects the level of production efficiency. Production workshop of a steel structure company as the research object,through the investigation found that the workshop was mainly produced H-shaped steel. According to the logistics and correlation of functional areas in the production site,correlation analysis was done from two aspects of logistics and non-logistics,and obtained the operating unit correlation diagram,operating unit comprehensive proximity ranking and operating unit location correlation diagram. Two improvement schemes were designed based on the principle of optimal route layout,and the better one was selected through evaluation. It was expected to improve the handling efficiency,increase the utilization rate of the area,reduce the production cost,and bring good social and economic benefit for the enterprise.
