摘要
本研究针对目前肝组织热损伤近红外光谱分析方法无法准确区分血红蛋白等主要吸光物质的问题,利用组织反射光谱在不同加热条件下的变化速率差异,分析了反射光谱变化与组织不同物质热损伤的关联。实验结果表明,利用不同波段的光谱变化速率差异可以监测肝组织损伤进程,并准确判断含氧血红蛋白和脱氧血红蛋白的热变性过程。这一方法有助于将近红外光谱技术应用于组织热损伤过程不同物质的热变性分析,进一步提高其在热消融过程实时疗效评估中的应用价值。
Existing near infrared spectroscopy(NIRS)methods for liver thermal damage analysis are not capable of distinguishing major chromophores of liver tissue.We studied the differences in the changing rates of tissue reflectance spectrum under various heating conditions and revealed their correlation with tissue thermal damage.The results showed that variations of reflectance spectrum changing rates could be used for the monitoring of tissue thermal damage progress,and denaturation of oxyhemoglobin and deoxyhemoglobin could also be distinguished.This method is beneficial for NIRS technique to be used in the analysis of heat denaturation of different tissue components,and enhances its significance in real-time efficacy assessment of thermal ablation therapy.
