摘要
[目的/意义]基于人际网络和竞争情报的契合关系,构建人际情报网络分析框架和理论模型,拟进一步加强理论界对人际情报网络的价值认知。[方法/过程]运用理论推演、质性分析、模型构建等方法,追溯了人际网络理论渊源,探讨了人际情报网络的形成机理、分析框架和分析维度,构建了人际情报网络的三种选择模式,提出了人际情报网络通道整合措施。[结果/结论]认为企业必须有效激活强关系的内部人际情报网络,适时开发弱关系的外部人际情报网络,从而构建内紧外松型人际情报网络。
[Purpose/Significance]Based on the relationship between interpersonal network and competitive intelligence, the analytical framework and theoretical model of interpersonal intelligence network are constructed to further enhance the theoretical circles’ understanding of the value of interpersonal intelligence network.[Methods/Process]By means of theoretical deduction, qualitative analysis and model construction, this paper traces back to the theoretical origin of interpersonal network, probes into the formation mechanism, analytical framework and analysis dimension of interpersonal intelligence network, constructs three selection modes of interpersonal intelligence network, and puts forward countermeasures for Channel integration.[Result/Conclusion]Enterprises must activate the internal interpersonal intelligence network of strong relationship effectively, develop the external interpersonal intelligence network of weak relationship timely, and construct the internal tight external loose interpersonal intelligence network.
