摘要
镁质抗裂剂水化产生的氢氧化镁晶体吸水膨胀、生长,能够有效的中和大体积混凝土内部拉应力,从而提升混凝土稳定性,降低养护成本,减少或杜绝裂缝的产生。为保障城市轨道交通工程安全性、耐久性和经济效益,开展了一系列针对地铁衬砌混凝土抗裂性能的研究,并将研究成果应用到青岛地铁的建设工程中。
Magnesium hydroxide crystal produced by hydration of magnesia anti-cracking agent can effectively neutralize the internal tensile stress of large volume concrete, thereby improving the stability of concrete, reducing maintenance costs , reducing or eliminating cracks. In order to ensure the safety, durability and economic benefits of urban rail transit project, a series of studies on crack resistance of concrete lining of Metro were carried out, and the research results were applied to the construction of Qingdao metro.
